Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our dedicated customer support team within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare for Pickup

  Ensure all items are disassembled and securely packed in their original protective packaging to prevent damage during the return transit.

• 3.
  Schedule Collection

  Once your request is approved, we will coordinate with our specialized furniture logistics partners to schedule a convenient pickup date from your residence.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method, minus applicable shipping and restocking fees.
